Job summary

ECS Group of Companies is hiring for a Recruiting Support role in Austin, TX. You will assist recruiters with day-to-day coordination, maintain hourly openings, post ads, prescreen resumes, and help with scheduling interviews and candidate communications.

You will build candidate pipelines, manage ATS records, process offers, and support onboarding with local HR. This role requires strong organization and confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of related experience required or similar HR support exposure.
• 2–3 years of recruiting support or talent acquisition experience preferred.
• Experience working in an applicant tracking system (ATS) preferred; iCIMS experience highly preferred.
• High school diploma or GED required; BS in HR or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver’s license if driving for ECS subsidiary.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience supporting recruiting in professional services or technical industries.

Responsibilities

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruiting coordination activities.
• Manage and maintain all hourly job openings company-wide within assigned divisions.
• Post, update, and remove job advertisements across platforms and internal systems.
• Conduct initial resume reviews and prescreening prior to recruiter review.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and coordinating candidate communication.
• Build and maintain candidate pipelines and recruiting spreadsheets/databases.
• Source passive candidate leads for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Process internal offer letters for assigned divisions; assist with external offers.
• Assist with onboarding coordination and pre-employment documentation with HR.
• Ensure recruiting docs and candidate files are organized and compliant.
• Support recruiting reporting and tracking metrics.
• Communicate professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.
• Provide general recruiting and administrative support to improve efficiency.
• Other duties as assigned.
