Strategic Staffing Solutions is seeking an organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support a dynamic recruiting team through the hiring lifecycle. This onsite role emphasizes coordinating interviews, onboarding activities, and ensuring compliance while delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, human resources, or a related field.
• Experience with onboarding, pre-employment screening, and hiring compliance activities.
• Knowledge of recruiting processes and full-cycle recruiting workflows.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Talent Acquisition Specialists to support efficient, compliant recruiting processes.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates, hiring managers, and interview teams.
• Arrange candidate travel accommodations and process related reimbursements when needed.
• Guide candidates through pre-employment and onboarding activities.
• Ensure applications, hiring documentation, and I-9 forms are completed accurately and on time.
• Audit candidate and employee records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Conduct new hire orientation sessions as assigned.
• Schedule and track background checks, drug screens, and physical examinations.
• Maintain recruiting and onboarding records, including I-9 documentation and requisition files.
• Assist with employment testing and other recruiting-related activities.
• Deliver a positive, professional, and welcoming experience to all candidates.
