Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to assist with recruitment and onboarding activities. You will work closely with the recruitment team, solutions center, and operations to maximize hiring efficiency and deliver excellent customer service for HR Solutions processes.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years of admin experience, 2+ years in recruitment or onboarding, and an associates degree; Workday ATS, MS Office, Hire Right, and Zendesk knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related administrative experience.
• 2+ years in recruitment, onboarding, or HR preferred.
• Associates degree required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with Workday ATS, MS Office, Hire Right and Zendesk preferred.

Responsibilities

• Track and document hiring partner progress on new hires.
• Prepare offers compliant with all RHA requirements.
• Assist managers with recruitment, onboarding, and policy inquiries.
• Provide training and technical support for recruitment and HR systems.
• Coordinate onboarding events to ensure timely, smooth hires.
• Process background checks and other pre-employment verifications.
• Manage Workday processes after offers and third-party onboarding accounts.
• Gather paperwork for recruitment and solutions center.
• Ensure new hires receive hardware/software setup support.
• Support workforce recruiting plans at the unit/department level.
