Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in HR.
• Minimum of two years’ staff recruitment experience.
• Experience in a medical environment preferred.
• Experience using an ATS is preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain records.

Responsibilities

• Partner with management to understand staffing needs and guide hiring.
• Develop and maintain job postings and requisitions in the ATS.
• Manage posting on job boards and careers site with updates.
• Source and recruit for clinical and non-clinical roles across channels.
• Coordinate interviews and site visits with leadership and managers.
• Support onboarding from offer through start date and orientation.
• Ensure timely communication with applicants and managers.
• Maintain recruitment tracking logs and reports on activity.
