Job summary

RHA Health Services is seeking a Talent Acquisition Support Specialist to assist with recruitment and onboarding activities. You will work closely with the recruitment team, solutions center, and operations to maximize hiring effectiveness and provide excellent customer service to candidates and partners.

The role requires 3+ years of administrative experience, with 2+ years in recruitment or HR preferred. Knowledge of Workday and Zendesk is highly valued, and the position supports onboarding in

Qualifications

• 3+ years of related administrative experience.
• 2+ years in recruitment, onboarding, or HR preferred.
• Associates degree required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Proficiency with Workday, MS Office, HireRight and Zendesk.

Responsibilities

• Track and document hiring partner status.
• Prepare and extend offers per compliance to RHA requirements.
• Resolve process, policy, and inquiry issues related to recruitment and onboarding.
• Provide training and technical support to end users on HR systems.
• Assist in onboarding events to ensure hires are efficiently onboarded with all information in a timely manner.
• Process background checks and other required checks during onboarding.
• Manage Workday processes after offers and third-party accounts for onboarding.
• Gather and process paperwork for recruitment and solutions center.
• Ensure new hires have technical assistance to set up hardware and software.
• Support workforce recruiting plans at the unit/department level.
• Assist with recruiting and sourcing when needed.
