Job summary

Cape Cod Healthcare, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Talent Acquisition assistant to support daily recruitment and onboarding activities with a customer-service approach.

You will guide candidates through application and interview processes, coordinate postings, maintain ATS, and help with screenings and onboarding tasks. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, with an hourly wage of $24-$29.

Qualifications

• College degree with 2–3 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient organizational skills; able to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong customer service orientation and professional demeanor.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and applicant tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Provides support to the Talent Acquisition team with daily recruitment and onboarding activities and initiatives.
• Guides candidates through the application and interview process, personalizing the experience for each applicant.
• Prepares recruitment materials and posts jobs to the ATS and job boards.
• Communicates with internal and external candidates; answers inquiries clearly and professionally.
• Administers temporary staffing placements, tracks hours, and processes invoices.
• Updates job descriptions in ATS and shared drives; maintains compliance standards.
• Back-up support for phone screens and reference checks of candidates.
• Assists with application testing tasks and maintaining continuity between entities.
• Prepares candidate and new hire packages in a clear and consistent manner.
• Assists with scheduling/interview coordination, including travel as needed.
• Coordinates onboarding activities including screenings, health appointments, and orientation.
• Supports bidding process for collective bargaining positions with Labor and HRIS.
• Creates new employee files per standards and promotes employer brand on social media.
• Participates in departmental projects to engage current staff; supports wellness and social initiatives.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
