All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the Mount Juliet, TN branch. The role handles full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, and records maintenance, while promoting compliance and strong candidate experiences.

The ideal candidate has office admin or HR experience, is proficient in Microsoft Office, and can work independently in a fast-paced setting. This position offers competitive pay, flexible schedules near home, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree is preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system or data entry software is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Capable of working responsibly with confidential information.
• Accountable, reliable, and ability to work independently with good judgement.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background check.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including job advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Implements and adheres to company policies and complies with state and federal laws and regulations to ensure HR compliance.
• Enhances the candidates experience and adheres to service level agreements (SLAs).
• Maximizes recruitment outreach on social media and job platforms.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition and HR teams on staffing needs.
• Uses applicant tracking software and completes data entry within payroll and schedule systems.
• Coordinates required trainings and certs, audits employee files.
