You will partner with the team, engage with the community at events, and ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to hire.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or HR experience.
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office.
• Capable of handling confidential information with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment from job advertising to onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and on-site hiring events.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and internal policies.
• Improves candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Leverages social media and job platforms to broaden outreach.
• Coordinates trainings and maintains up-to-date employment records.
