You will build partnerships within the community, maintain accurate records, ensure compliance with state and federal laws, and enhance the candidate experience while supporting ongoing staffing needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Confidential information handling and discretion.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment, including job ads, sourcing, interviewing, background checks, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events; builds partnerships in the local community.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Improves the candidate experience and adheres to SLAs for timely processes.
• Collaborates with regional talent acquisition teams and maintains up-to-date employment records.
• Uses the ATS (iCIMS or equivalent) for data entry and supports training coordination.
