All Ways Caring HomeCare is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local Moses Lake branch through recruitment, onboarding, record keeping, and compliance. You will conduct full-cycle recruitment, partner with the community, and maintain accurate HR records while ensuring policy adherence.

Qualified candidates demonstrate excellent communication, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of office administration, recruiting, or HR experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office and applicant tracking systems is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills; able to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Conducts full-cycle recruitment including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and community events to attract candidates.
• Maintains compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Improves candidate experience and meets SLAs in the recruitment process.
• Coordinates trainings and ensures staff certifications are up to date; performs routine audits of employee files.
