All Ways Caring HomeCare in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Human Resources Recruitment Coordinator to support the local branch across administration, recruitment, screening, hiring, record-keeping, and compliance.

You will manage full-cycle recruitment, partner with local community and events, ensure policy adherence, maintain accurate records, and use the iCIMS ATS to streamline hiring and onboarding processes while protecting confidential information.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Some college courses completed or a two- or four-year college degree preferred.
• Minimum of one year of office administration, recruiting, and/or human resources experience.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system is a plus.
• Effective verbal and written communication.
• Confidential information handling and independent work capability.
• Compassion for others.

Responsibilities

• Performs full-cycle recruitment, including advertising, sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Represents the local branch at job fairs and hiring events and builds partnerships in the community.
• Ensures HR compliance with state and federal laws and company policies.
• Maintains candidate experience and adheres to SLAs.
• Utilizes ATS (iCIMS) and coordinates data entry in payroll/schedule systems.
• Coordinates trainings and verifies team member certifications, audits employee files.
