Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of full life cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience with a management consulting firm, executive search, or large fast-paced corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s Degree is required.
• Strong sourcing and candidate generation skills at executive level.
• LinkedIn Recruiter proficiency required; Jobvite a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service line leaders to provide sourcing and recruiting support.
• Source, interview and present candidates for specific service lines.
• Provide operational support when needed and schedule interviews.
• Communicate with Talent Acquisition, Operations Leaders, Interview Team and candidates.
• Assist with market research, job descriptions and talent insights.
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines and educate candidates about Alvarez & Marsal.
• Prepare offer letters and align offers with salary bands / internal equity.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records with meticulous attention to detail.
