Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking a Senior Associate for PEPI HR M&A within Private Equity Services. The role focuses on pre- and post‑deal HR advisory across total rewards, talent, and HR operations, with 3–6 years of HR consulting experience and strong PM skills.

You will liaise with clients, review data rooms, build workforce models, and contribute to diligence reports across advisory teams, while navigating tight timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR management, actuarial science, economics, statistics, mathematics, business, accounting, or finance.
• 3 to 6 years’ experience in HR consulting and/or M&A projects.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Prior M&A experience is highly considered.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Flexible schedule; M&A projects require tight timelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage online data room and draft diligence reports.
• Prepare initial observations through public document reviews.
• Review virtual data room and prepare subsequent request lists.
• Build and manage workforce planning models and total rewards quantification.
• Coordinate across other practice groups within A&M.
• Input into Human Capital diligence reports.
