Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Houston is seeking a senior Recruiting professional to lead full life cycle hiring for private equity performance improvement services. You will partner with leaders, build pipelines, and actively source and interview candidates for senior roles.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment, using LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and other databases to ensure top-tier talent meets tight timelines.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of full life cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Extensive senior-level/experienced hire recruitment experience.
• Strong research and candidate generation skills at the executive level.
• Aggressive hunter mentality with the ability to cold call and nurture relationships.
• Advanced Boolean search string skills.
• Direct sourcing using personal network and resume mining.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service line leaders to provide sourcing and operational recruiting support.
• Source, interview and present candidates for specific service lines; build candidate pipelines.
• Assist with scheduling interviews and gather feedback from the interview team.
• Communicate with Talent Acquisition and hiring managers to align on feedback and next steps.
• Create sourcing strategies; use LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and resume databases.
• Maintain candidate records and provide reporting and metrics.
