Qualifications

• 4-6+ years of professional experience in management consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate development.
• MBA preferred.
• Experience in integration / separation planning and execution a plus.
• Eager to learn about core operations of Professional Services

Responsibilities

• Identify key client business issues and oversee workstreams, delivering client-ready outputs.
• Coordinate across workstreams and mentor junior team members.
• Develop recommendations for integration, carve-out, and performance improvement engagements.
• Lead client interactions and present findings to stakeholders
