Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in the United States is seeking a senior recruiter to lead full life cycle recruiting for consulting and executive roles across PEPI and other practices. You will partner with service-line leaders, set sourcing strategies, interview and present candidates, and manage offers.

The ideal candidate has 5–10+ years of experience, a Bachelor’s degree, strong research and Boolean skills, and a proven ability to build high‑quality candidate pipelines under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years of full life cycle recruiting.
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Extensive senior-level/experienced hire recruitment experience
• Strong research and candidate generation skills at the executive level, with the ability to generate a high-volume and high-quality candidate pipeline under very tight timelines
• Aggressive hunter mentality with the ability to cold call and nurture long term relationships with candidates
• Advanced Boolean search string skills
• Demonstrated direct sourcing using extensive personal network and online resume mining with minimal reliance on job board postings
• Works well under pressure, without compromising quality of service or work
• LinkedIn Recruiter experience is a must
• Jobvite experience a plus

Responsibilities

• Partner with service line leaders to provide sourcing and operational recruiting support. Conduct intake calls, set the sourcing strategy, interview and present candidates for a variety of positions
• Source, interview and present candidates for specific service lines. Learn the specialty areas that require support and pipeline candidates for review
• Provide operational support when needed. Assist with scheduling interviews and gathering feedback from the interview team
• Communicate with the Talent Acquisition team, Operations Leaders, Interview Team and candidates to ensure everyone involved in the recruiting process is aware of interview feedback and next steps in the interview process
• Assist with market research, job descriptions and talent insights that will help hiring managers understand the recruiting market in their functional areas
• Create innovative sourcing strategies. Frequent use of LinkedIn Recruiter, sourcing in Jobvite (ATS), and different resume databases
• Create and maintain pipelines of highly sought-after candidates. Thoughtfully nurture relationships and educate candidates about Alvarez & Marsal
• Prepare offer letters and work with the People Business Partner team to ensure offers are in line with salary bands / internal equity
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records with meticulous attention to detail. Provide reporting and metrics as needed
