Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal is seeking an experienced senior recruiter to lead full life cycle sourcing for leadership and professional roles across the United States. You will partner with service lines, develop talent pipelines, and present top candidates for critical roles.

The role requires a hunter mentality, advanced sourcing skills, and proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and Jobvite in a fast-paced consulting environment. A competitive salary and discretionary bonus are offered.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of full life cycle recruiting in a management consulting, executive search, or large corporate setting.
• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Extensive senior-level/experienced hire recruitment experience.
• Strong research and candidate generation skills for executive-level roles; able to build high-volume, high-quality pipelines under tight deadlines.
• Aggressive hunter mentality with the ability to cold call and nurture long-term relationships.

Responsibilities

• Partner with service line leaders to define sourcing strategy; interview and present candidates for various positions.
• Source, interview, and pipeline candidates for specific service lines; learn areas requiring support.
• Provide operational support: schedule interviews and gather feedback from interview teams.
• Communicate with Talent Acquisition, Operations Leaders, and candidates to align on feedback and next steps.
• Assist with market research, job descriptions and talent insights for hiring managers.
• Create and maintain candidate pipelines; use LinkedIn Recruiter, Jobvite, and resume databases.
• Prepare offer letters; ensure offers align with salary bands and internal equity.
• Maintain requisitions and candidate records with attention to detail; provide reporting and metrics.
