Job summary

Hyve Solutions is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead day-to-day recruiting operations and attract, engage, and hire top talent to support business growth.

The role manages a team of recruiters, drives process improvements, ensures legal and policy compliance, and champions the use of recruiting technologies. It emphasizes data-driven decisions with dashboards and SLAs to meet hiring objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, technology, or high-volume recruiting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Talent Acquisition Recruiters and coordinators.
• Drive standardization and optimization of recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and audit requirements.
• Lead adoption of recruiting technologies and automation tools.
• Improve recruiting workflows, candidate experience, and operational efficiency.
• Analyze recruiting metrics and develop dashboards and executive reporting.
• Promote employer brand initiatives and talent marketing strategies.
