Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• 2+ years in high growth and/or company expansions.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.
• Experience in manufacturing/semiconductor/tech/supply chain recruiting preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Client relationships experience.

Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and business needs.Position SummaryThe Talent Acquisition Manager will lead to recruiting day-to-day operations to attract, engage, and hire top talent in support of business growth.
