Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement in competitive markets.
• Ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of recruiting technologies and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across North America Functional Groups.
• Clarify role requirements and define candidate profiles with hiring managers.
• Build proactive pipelines and diverse talent networks.
• Provide talent market insights on compensation and timelines.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and drive process improvements.
