Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing capability across corporate functions.
• Ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio independently.
• Strong partnership, communication, and influencing skills with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Experience with recruiting technologies and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned North America Functional Groups, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead searches across multiple functions and levels, including complex and hard-to-fill roles, while maintaining pace, quality, and attention to detail.
• Source and engage diverse, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, referrals, networking, internal mobility, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and anticipated talent needs.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
