Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition across corporate functions.
• Strong sourcing capability, engaging active and passive candidates.
• Ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio independently with quality hires.
• Excellent partnership, communication, and influencing skills.
• Working knowledge of recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, structured assessment practices, and recruiting metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned North America Functional Groups, from intake to close.
• Clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting plans.
• Lead searches across multiple functions and levels, including complex roles.
• Source and engage diverse, high-caliber talent through direct outreach and networks.
• Build proactive pipelines for recurring talent needs.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, high-touch candidate experience.
