Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR or business administration related field preferred.
• 7-10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience in a fast-paced organization.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills with clear hiring recommendations.
• Proven ability to partner with and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Proficiency with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop targeted sourcing strategies to identify, engage, and attract talent across the Americas.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development to support hiring needs.
• Build and maintain talent pools and provide market insights to inform hiring decisions.
• Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand business and hiring needs.
• Champion an inclusive hiring process and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of the hiring process with a seamless experience.
• Drive interview, hiring, and offer processes with timely completion of steps.
• Maintain accurate hiring data, documentation and reporting, and ensure records are up to date.
• Manage external recruitment partners where utilized, aligning with search requirements and standards.
• Contribute to broader Talent Acquisition and People team priorities as needed.
