Job summary

Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition for its North America functional groups to lead full-cycle recruiting and deliver strong hiring outcomes.

You will partner with HR and hiring managers to create effective strategies, build pipelines, and ensure a premier candidate experience across multiple levels and functions. The role emphasizes independence, accountability, and strategic advisory to stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience across corporate functions and multiple levels.
• Strong sourcing capability engaging active and passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Ability to manage a varied requisition portfolio independently while delivering quality hires.
• Strong partnership, communication, and influencing skills with hiring managers and HR stakeholders.
• Working knowledge of recruiting technologies, sourcing platforms, structured assessment practices, and recruiting metrics.
• Sound judgment, business acumen, and the ability to translate talent needs into practical recruiting actions.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across assigned North America Functional Groups, from intake and sourcing through assessment, offer negotiation, and close.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR teams to clarify role requirements, define candidate profiles, and develop recruiting plans aligned with business needs.
• Lead searches across multiple functions and levels, including complex and hard-to-fill roles, while maintaining pace, quality, and attention to detail.
• Source and engage diverse, high-caliber talent through direct outreach, referrals, networking, internal mobility, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain proactive pipelines for recurring and anticipated talent needs.
• Deliver a consistent, inclusive, and high-touch candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
