As Head of North America Talent Acquisition reporting to the Head of NA TA, you will drive strategic pipeline planning, enable data-driven decisions, and ensure rigorous execution across recruiting life cycle in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in talent acquisition leadership or equivalent.
• Experience leading talent acquisition teams in hybrid or distributed environments.
• Strong reporting and data analytics to identify hiring challenges and drive insights.
• Ability to partner with Inclusion and global TA teams, HR partners and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of recruiters and act as trusted business advisor to assigned business function clients.
• Define and lead pipeline management and recruiting process improvements.
• Monitor pipeline health and provide consistent reporting insights across the function.
• Drive inclusion and diversity strategy and align with business goals.
• Partner with cross-functional TA leadership teams to align resources for recruiting initiatives.
• Lead special projects as assigned.
