Job summary

Market Performance Group seeks a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead full-cycle recruiting across the organization, partnering with hiring managers to understand talent needs, develop sourcing strategies, assess candidates, manage interview and offer processes, and ensure a strong candidate experience from outreach through onboarding.

The role also drives consistency in recruiting across processes, supports applicant tracking, reporting, dashboards, and employer branding.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree required.
• 5-7 years of high-performing HR/ recruiting experience.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Team-player mindset with ability to collaborate.
• Willing to take responsibility and work independently when needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage a world-class candidate experience from pre-application through onboarding
• Source, recruit and staff individuals for exempt, non-exempt, and temporary positions
• Assist and consult with managers on their recruiting and staffing needs
• Determine applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references
• Maintain applicant tracking system and HR reporting; develop dashboards
• Prepare and present offer letters; coordinate background checks and onboarding activities
