Job summary

Addition Management LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee full-cycle recruiting across the Americas. You will partner with hiring managers, build pipelines, and drive an inclusive candidate experience in a fast-paced professional services firm.

You will lead interview processes, offer stages, and data-driven hiring decisions, while managing external partners and providing market insights to inform strategy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field.
• 7–10+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting within professional services, consulting, or executive search.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Experience with Workday and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Develop sourcing strategies across the Americas.
• Conduct talent research, market mapping, and pipeline development.
• Build talent pools and provide market insights.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand needs and drive outcomes.
• Champion inclusive hiring and candidate experience.
• Lead candidates through all stages of hiring.
• Drive interview, offer processes, ensure steps completed.
• Maintain accurate hiring data and reporting.
• Manage external recruitment partners.
• Contribute to Talent Acquisition and People team priorities.
