Tapestry, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Talent Acquisition to support North America functional groups across Human Resources, Legal, IT & Digital, Strategy, and Finance.

This role partners with hiring managers and HR to craft recruitment strategies and deliver excellent hiring outcomes. The successful candidate will own searches end-to-end, build talent pipelines, and provide market insights while maintaining a best-in-class candidate experience.

Qualifications

• The candidate has 5+ years of full-cycle talent acquisition experience across corporate functions.
• Proven ability to source active and passive candidates in competitive markets.
• Experience managing a varied requisition portfolio with strong hiring outcomes.
• Strong communication, influencing skills, and stakeholder collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment across North America Functional Groups from intake to close.
• Define role requirements with hiring managers and HR, and develop staffing plans.
• Build proactive pipelines and deliver a high-touch candidate experience.
• Provide market insights, compensation guidance, and recruiting process improvements.
