HCRS in Springfield, VT is seeking a full-time Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment strategies and build a diverse, highly qualified workforce.

Reporting to the Human Resources team, you will partner with leaders to forecast needs, optimize pipelines, and ensure an equitable, candidate-centered hiring process while delivering strong, compliant results and a positive candidate experience.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high-volume, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, nurses, direct-support professionals, senior leaders, and other specialized professionals is preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations with multiple programs, service locations, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
