Health Care & Rehabilitation Services of Southeastern Vermont is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment strategies for a diverse, high-quality workforce. You will partner with leaders to anticipate staffing needs, strengthen pipelines, and enhance equitable, candidate-centered hiring practices.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience developing recruitment strategies for high-volume or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
• Knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, nurses, direct-support professionals, senior leaders, and other specialized professionals is preferred.

The pay for this position is $80,000-$88,000 annually.

3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!

9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

HCRS is seeking a full-time Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team. This role develops and implements recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce. This position partners with organizational leaders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, improve recruitment practices, and ensure an equitable and candidate-centered hiring experience.

• Experience supporting organizations with multiple programs, service locations, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
