HCRS is seeking a full-time Manager of Talent Acquisition to join our Human Resources team in Vermont. This role develops and implements recruitment strategies that attract, engage, and retain a highly qualified and diverse workforce.

You will partner with organizational leaders to anticipate workforce needs, strengthen talent pipelines, and ensure an equitable and candidate-centered hiring experience across the organization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high-volume or specialized roles.
• Experience using ATS, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
• Knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.

The pay for this position is $80,000-$88,000 annually.
3 weeks (pro-rated) paid vacation to start & excellent health/dental/vision coverage!
9 paid holidays and 1 week of personal time

To Be Considered, You Will Need

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, business administration, organizational leadership, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• At least five years of progressively responsible experience in talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Demonstrated experience developing and implementing recruitment strategies for high-volume, specialized, or difficult-to-fill positions.
• Experience using applicant tracking systems, sourcing platforms, recruitment technology, and workforce data.
• Demonstrated knowledge of employment laws and equitable hiring practices.
• Strong project management, consultation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience recruiting licensed clinicians, nurses, direct-support professionals, senior leaders, and other specialized professionals is preferred.
• Experience supporting organizations with multiple programs, service locations, or geographically dispersed teams is preferred.
