Job summary

Salem Five is seeking a hands-on Talent Acquisition Manager to lead hiring strategy and oversee the recruitment team in Salem, MA. You will manage the full cycle from sourcing through hiring, partnering with executives to forecast needs and build a robust pipeline.

You will drive employer branding, ensure compliance with labor laws, and motivate a high-performing team to meet staffing goals across the organization.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of people management with recruiting in financial services
• Proven sourcing strategies to fill hard-to-find roles
• Experience in fast-paced recruiting environments with demanding professionals
• Knowledge of employment laws and compliance in hiring
• Strong communication, coaching, and leadership skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the Talent Acquisition function and develop hiring strategies
• Oversee ATS, job boards, recruitment budgets; coordinate with external recruiters
• Forecast hiring needs with executives and build a robust talent pipeline
• Partner with division heads and hiring managers to define requirements
• Mentor recruitment team and ensure timely fulfillment of openings
• Negotiate salaries and start dates with final candidates
• Drive employer branding and campus relationships
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
