Schweiger Dermatology Group is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment, build talent pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to implement effective strategies. The role drives efficient, compliant processes and works with HR partners to align hiring with organizational goals.

The position emphasizes team leadership, diversity initiatives, and metrics-driven recruitment in a remote, nationwide setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition with team leadership preferred.
• Proven track record developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Knowledge of recruitment practices, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Experience managing ATS and recruitment tools; knowledge of employment laws.
• HIPAA & OSHA compliance awareness.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
• Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other relevant organizations to support talent acquisition efforts.
• Partner with HR and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements.
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant and candidate experience feedback.
• Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
• Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment and selection best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis
