Job summary

Schweiger Dermatology Group seeks a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment for our growing network. You will build a pipeline of candidates, partner with hiring managers, and drive compliant, efficient processes across remote and on-site roles.

You will guide a team of recruiters, implement best practices, and report on KPIs to optimize time-to-fill and cost-per-hire. A strong focus on diversity and inclusion supports our mission and patient care excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in talent acquisition, with leadership experience preferred.
• Proven track record of developing and executing talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment practices: sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance and coaching.
• Identify and implement best practices for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Maintain relationships with external agencies, job boards, universities, and partners.
• Partner with HR/leadership to define hiring needs and candidate requirements.
• Advance diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a broad workforce.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill and cost-per-hire.
• Oversee ATS and recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Provide training to hiring managers on recruitment best practices.
• Stay current with industry trends, laws, and regulatory requirements.
