Job summary

Schweiger is seeking a Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruitment efforts, build candidate pipelines, and collaborate with hiring managers to implement effective strategies.

You will manage a team of recruiters, optimize sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding processes, and ensure compliance with employment laws and HIPAA/OSHA where applicable. This remote role offers growth opportunities and impact across multiple states.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years in talent acquisition, with team management preferred.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing recruitment strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience managing ATS and recruitment technologies.
  • Knowledge of employment laws related to recruitment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Understanding HIPAA & OSHA compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruiters, providing guidance, support, and coaching as needed.
  • Identify and implement best practices for recruitment and selection processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and other relevant organizations to support talent acquisition efforts.
  • Partner with HR and departmental leaders to define hiring needs, job descriptions, and candidate requirements.
  • Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract and retain a diverse workforce.
  • Analyze and report on recruitment metrics and KPIs, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and applicant and candidate experience feedback.
  • Manage the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other recruitment tools to ensure data accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on recruitment and selection best practices.
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to talent acquisition and recruitment.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis

Job Summary

The Manager of Talent Acquisition is responsible for leading the recruitment and selection process for the organization, identifying, and attracting top talent, and building a pipeline of candidates for current and future needs. This role will work closely with hiring managers and HR colleagues to develop and implement effective recruiting strategies, and ensure that the recruitment process is efficient, effective, and compliant with legal requirements.

  • Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions
  • Working knowledge and application of HIPAA & OSHA compliance
Travel

While primarily a remote position, there could be events or business needs that require employee to attend in-person team meetings.

Compensation

Compensation Range: $88,000-$95,000

Locations

This remote position is open to candidates located in the following states: New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Missouri, Minnesota, and California.
