Viamericas Corporation is seeking a highly organized Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our global recruiting strategy. This role will forecast hiring needs, design candidate profiles, and drive the full-cycle process across the US and international markets.

You will partner with leaders, manage Lever ATS, and build strong relationships with hiring teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, proactive, and excels at sourcing, interviewing, offers, and closing top talent.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred; HR certification can substitute for a bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in full cycle recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Forecast hiring needs with leadership and define candidate profiles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for US and Philippines; support Mexico and Colombia.
• Administer Lever ATS and maintain recruiting documentation.
• Build employer branding and sourcing strategies across channels.
• Monitor metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire and new hire retention.
• Develop career pathways with department managers; support succession planning.
• Provide HR support to international teams and ensure compliance.
