Viamericas is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruiting strategy across the US and international markets. You will partner with the VP of Global HR and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs, shape candidate profiles, and drive a data-driven recruiting program.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting, build strong relationships with campuses, vendors and internal teams, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining compliance and high-quality hiring standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification preferred. HR certification in lieu is acceptable.
• Minimum of 5 years in full cycle recruiting.
• Bilingual English & Spanish required.
• Strong hands-on ATS/HRIS experience; Lever ATS preferred.
• Proficient with Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional sourcing, interviewing, and closing skills.
• Ability to build trust with hiring managers and executives.

• Detail oriented with data accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Capable of handling confidential matters.

Responsabilités

• Forecast hiring needs with VP of Global HR and leaders; define candidate profiles.
• Manage full recruitment cycle for US and Philippines; assist Mexico and Colombia.
• Establish consistent interviewing and selection practices across locations.
• Own Lever ATS administration and recruiting documentation.
• Develop branding and sourcing strategies via job boards, networks and referrals.
• Monitor recruiting metrics and provide hiring insights to VP of Global HR.
• Build relationships with recruiters, universities, vendors and professional orgs.
• Ensure compliant, fair, structured and inclusive hiring.
