Job summary

Addison Group is partnering with our client to identify a Contract Recruiter to support a fast-paced, high-volume hiring environment in Fort Worth, on-site. Schedule is Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM, contract position.

You will manage full-cycle recruiting across technical and corporate functions, source candidates via job boards and LinkedIn, screen candidates, and coordinate interviews. Deliver high-quality talent with a strong candidate experience and collaborate with hiring leaders to

Qualifications

5-7 years of recruiting experience required.
Experience supporting technical recruiting in energy-related industries.
Proven ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
Strong sourcing and candidate engagement skills.
Experience with ATS and HRIS platforms.
Effective communication with candidates and hiring teams.

Responsibilities

Manage a high volume of open positions (30+ requisitions) primarily in engineering and technical functions.
Partner with hiring leaders to define role requirements and candidate profiles.
Source and engage qualified candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Screen candidates and coordinate interviews throughout the process.
Present qualified candidates to hiring managers promptly.
Maintain communication with candidates to sustain engagement during longer hiring cycles.
Track activity and pipeline progress using ATS and internal tools.
Support offer process including coordination and documentation.
