Addison Group is seeking an experienced Full-Cycle High-Volume Recruiter to join its team in the Southwest Houston area. This contract role manages 25+ open requisitions nationwide and requires strong sourcing, phone outreach, and professional candidate experience.

You will source, screen, interview, extend offers, and onboard candidates while collaborating with hiring managers to meet aggressive hiring goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Experience managing 25+ requisitions concurrently.
• Strong sourcing, phone outreach, and interview skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
• Handle 25+ open requisitions simultaneously with timely status updates.
• Recruit nationwide across locations, departments and levels.
• Develop creative sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS/CRM, LinkedIn and referrals.
