Job summary

Addison Group is recruiting a full-cycle, high-volume Recruiter for a contract role in Southwest Houston. The candidate will manage 25+ requisitions nationwide, source candidates, and coordinate interviews and offers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong phone communication, proven sourcing skills, and the ability to move candidates efficiently through hiring processes. Medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.
• Proven experience managing 25+ requisitions at one time.
• Experience recruiting for positions across multiple geographic locations, preferably nationwide recruiting experience.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-development skills.
• Must be comfortable and confident on the phone and conducting a high volume of candidate calls.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment abilities.
• Highly organized with excellent time-management and prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, presenting candidates, coordinating interviews, extending offers, and assisting with onboarding.
• Manage 25+ open requisitions simultaneously, maintaining accurate and timely status updates throughout the recruiting process.
• Recruit candidates nationwide across multiple locations, departments, and levels.
• Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies using job boards, ATS/CRM systems, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, networking, and other recruiting resources.
• Conduct a high volume of phone screens and candidate outreach; must be comfortable making frequent outbound calls and speaking with candidates throughout the day.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and anticipated openings.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand position requirements, establish recruiting priorities, and provide regular updates on candidate pipelines.
