Job summary

Collette Travel Service, Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to guide recruiting for technology, product, data, marketing and other specialized roles.

Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will partner with leaders to forecast needs and build strong candidate pipelines. You will develop scalable recruiting practices, drive time-to-fill improvements, and elevate Collette's employment brand.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of progressive recruiting experience across technical, data, digital, product, marketing and other specialized roles.
• Experience leading recruiting initiatives or mentoring recruiters.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; HR certifications are a plus.
• Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills.
• Proficient with ATS, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics.
• Campus recruiting and internship program experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute full-cycle recruiting activities from intake through onboarding.
• Develop and execute recruiting strategies across all departments.
• Build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for high-priority roles.
• Create innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, networking and market research.
• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to forecast talent needs and plan recruiting efforts.
• Monitor hiring trends, compensation data, and market insights to inform strategy.
• Drive recruitment analytics, reporting, and employer branding initiatives.
• Oversee campus recruiting and internship programs; manage external vendors when needed.
• Improve candidate experience and collaboration with stakeholders.
