Job summary

Collette is seeking a Specialist, Talent Management to join our People & Culture team. This remote role supports the design, development, delivery, administration, and continuous improvement of learning experiences for employees, travel advisors, Tour Managers, and Client Care teams.

The ideal candidate will manage LMS administration, learner support, reporting, and project coordination while collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders to drive impactful learning across Collette University and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience developing practical learning content such as digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, videos, communications, and supporting resources.
• Working knowledge of adult-learning and instructional-design principles, with the ability to organize information into clear, accessible learning experiences.
• Experience administering a learning management system such as Litmos, Courseau, or comparable platforms including user enrollments, assignments, courses, learning paths, content uploads, completion tracking, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to validate learner data, course setup, assignments, reports, and learner-facing information.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, revise, publish, and maintain digital learning modules and materials for various audiences.
• Translate SME content into clear learning objectives and usable experiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person learning sessions and review materials for quality and accessibility.
• Provide day-to-day advisor learning support across Collette University and MCV U.
• Administer learning-paths, enrollments, and reporting, including LMS configuration and updates.
• Partner with Marketing, Sales, Client Care, and SMEs to launch and maintain learning modules.
