Vallourec North America is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead end-to-end recruiting across functions and levels. You’ll partner with hiring managers to craft tailored sourcing strategies and own job postings, sourcing pilots, and ROI tracking.

You will maintain ATS hygiene, develop SOPs, and coach interview teams to enhance candidate experience while aligning hiring with business goals and workforce planning. This role emphasizes data-driven improvement and compliance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years’ experience in full-cycle recruiting or sourcing.
• Proven ability to develop and execute strategic sourcing plans.
• Proficiency with ATS platforms, requisition workflows, and reporting.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple functions and levels.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies.
• Own job posting strategy across boards and channels; pilot new sources, monitor ROI.
• Map and document the recruiting process; create SOPs and playbooks for intake, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Own ATS hygiene, requisition workflows, templates, and reporting to support compliance and operations.
• Assist in tracking funnel metrics (TTF, TTH, NPS); provide weekly insights to hiring leaders.
• Coach interview teams on process, tools, and candidate experience.
• Collaborate in industry events, info sessions, and job fairs.
• Partner with HR, Marketing, and business leaders to align hiring efforts with goals.
• Maintain rigorous documentation and reporting, use data to iterate tactics.
