Job summary

Capstone Logistics, LLC is seeking a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to deploy talent strategies that attract and retain a diverse, engaged workforce to meet current and future needs.

Your responsibilities include managing the full recruitment lifecycle, building strong relationships with hiring managers, expanding brand awareness through social media and referrals, and presenting regular pipeline updates to leadership. Travel up to 50% is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in corporate and/or agency recruiting within 3PL/logistics.
• Ability to travel at least 50% as required.
• Proven track record in sourcing passive candidates and managing the recruitment lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment and selection processes from requisition to hire.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to deliver talent.
• Expand brand awareness and talent engagement via social media and referrals.
• Provide weekly updates to leadership on candidate pipeline.
• Represent Capstone Logistics at career fairs and events.
