Job summary

Collette Travel Service Inc. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Lead to drive recruitment for technology, data, product, marketing, and specialized roles.

You will develop proactive talent strategies, build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, and elevate Collette’s employer brand to attract top talent. Reporting to the Director, Talent Acquisition, you will forecast needs, reduce time-to-fill, improve candidate quality, and align hiring with business goals.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years recruiting experience, including technical, data, digital, product, marketing, and finance roles.
• Experience leading recruiting initiatives or mentoring recruiters preferred.
• Proven ability to build talent pipelines and partner with hiring leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage full-cycle recruitment for technology, product, data, marketing, and specialist roles.
• Develop proactive talent acquisition strategies and scalable recruiting practices.
• Partner with leaders to forecast talent needs and plan recruiting efforts.
• Strengthen Collette's employment brand in technical markets and optimize candidate experience.
• Oversee campus recruiting and internship programs; monitor analytics and outcomes.
