Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), with Workday preferred.
• Proven ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers to drive hiring outcomes.
• Proactively source and engage talent through multiple channels (LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking).

Responsibilities

• Develop strong partnerships with hiring managers, understanding business priorities and talent needs.
• Act as a strategic Talent Acquisition Advisor using market intelligence and data to influence decisions.
• Source, interview, assess, and present high-quality candidates with hiring managers.
• Fill critical roles efficiently while delivering an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Collaborate within the Talent Acquisition team to improve recruiting outcomes.
