Job summary

Collette is seeking a Specialist, Talent Management to join the People & Culture team in a remote role based in the United States. This position focuses on designing and delivering learning experiences for employees, travel advisors, and Tour Managers, with hands-on content development and LMS administration.

The role partners with SMEs and stakeholders to translate content into practical learning, supports Collette University and ASCEND administration, and manages onboarding, reporting, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or any combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Experience developing practical learning content such as digital modules, presentations, facilitator materials, job aids, videos, and supporting resources.
• Strong written, verbal, presentation, and facilitation skills for virtual and in-person environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, revise, publish, and maintain digital learning modules and supporting resources for multiple learner audiences.
• Translate SME content into clear learning objectives and accessible experiences.
• Facilitate virtual and in-person sessions and review materials for quality and accessibility.
• Run, validate, and distribute completion and progress reports for stakeholders.
• Administer LMS roles, enrollments, content uploads, and tracking across Collette University and ASCEND.
