Job summary

HellermannTyton is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment activities and gain exposure to our hiring processes. Under the direction of the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will assist with posting requisitions, scheduling interviews, and updating candidate information.

You will source candidates, conduct market research on salary data, assist with new hire orientation, and help with temp-to-perm and transfers.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree, preferably in HR, business management, or related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing requirements and deadlines, and work non-standard hours.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record and adequate automobile insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist Talent Acquisition with recruitment activities including posting requisitions and coordinating high-volume interviews.
• Schedule interviews (phone, video, or onsite) and update candidate information in the ATS.
• Support process improvements and projects for Talent Acquisition and HR.
• Source candidates via resume databases and networking sites.
• Provide market or salary data research to the recruitment team.
• Assist with new hire orientation and processing of temp-to-perm, promotions, and transfers.
• Other duties as assigned.
