Job summary

HLBMA LLC is seeking a Human Resources Intern to support Talent Acquisition and Learning & Development across a manufacturing environment. You will assist with recruiting communications, candidate screenings, interview scheduling, and career fair coordination while also contributing to employer branding and digital content creation.

The role emphasizes social media/digital tools, HRIS/LMS upkeep, and day-to-day HR operations.

Qualifications

• Current enrollment in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Business, Graphic Design, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
• Prior internship, campus leadership, volunteer, or project experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support Talent Acquisition activities including candidate communications and interview scheduling
• Create and publish content for company social media platforms and recruiting campaigns
• Assist with planning and participation in career fairs and community outreach initiatives
• Develop recruiting promotional materials, flyers, and digital content using branding standards
• Support onboarding logistics, badge issuance, and training session coordination
• Assist with LMS and HRIS data maintenance and document management
