Job summary

Welltower is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the TA team in the full recruiting lifecycle on a part-time basis. You will help source candidates, coordinate interviews, assist with onboarding, and manage ATS data, while contributing to early-career recruiting initiatives.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong communication, written and verbal, with a service-oriented approach.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a part-time work schedule.
• Experience with ATS, LinkedIn, or recruiting tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews across multiple platforms.
• Support onboarding coordination and documentation for new hires.
• Maintain candidate and requisition data in ATS with guidance from TA team.
• Help with recruiting events, career fairs, and other early-career initiatives.
• Assist with candidate sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels.
• Post job openings to job boards and review postings for accuracy.
• Assist with initial candidate review and screening.
• Participate in special projects to support Talent Acquisition and HR teams.
